Lamborghini has announced that it is finally going to reveal the Lamborghini Urus SUV on December 4. The Lamborghini Urus will reportedly be powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 with around 650 horsepower.
The Lamborghini Urus will be based on VW Group’s MLB platform, which is also used for the Audi Q7 and Bentley Bentayga. Even though it will share some underpinnings with the Audi and Bentley SUVs, Lamborghini calls the Urus a “Super Sport Utility Vehicle.”
When the Lamborghini Urus does arrive, Lamborghini hopes to make 1,000 Urus SUVs in its first model year, which will then be boosted to 3,500 units a year.
