It was a long standing rumor that Nissan was working on a convertible version of the Murano crossover. No one really believed it, but it’s here. Nissan unveiled the 2011 Murano CrossCabriolet at the LA Auto Show this week.

The Murano CrossCabriolet is being labeled as the world’s first all-wheel-drive crossover convertible, but is that a good thing? It has room for four, the styling of the Murano transformed into a two-door convertible and all-wheel-drive capability. Love it or hate, it’s here with a starting price of $46,390.
