All-wheel drive versions with the 77.4 kWh battery are rated at 274 miles, while the version with the 58 kWh battery and rear-wheel drive is rated at 232 miles.

“Offering EV6 customers over 300 miles of all-electric range per charge, combined with the ability to recharge quickly and efficiently, is foundational to the rollout of our Plan S Strategy that positions Kia as an EV leader,” said Sean Yoon, president & CEO, Kia North America, Kia America.

Charging the EV6 is also fast thanks to multi-charging system that supports 400v and 800v DC charging, which works on DC chargers with speeds ranging from 50kW to 350kW. You can add up to 210 miles of range in only 18 minutes using a DC Fast Charger.

The 2022 Kia EV6 will go on sale in the first quarter of next year.
