Kia has released the first teaser photos and details for its new rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan, codenamed KH. Kia hasn’t released the official name of its new sedan, but here’s our first look at the new sedan.
The “KH” will borrow its platform from Hyundai, but Kia hasn’t announced which engines will power the Kia sedan. The rear-wheel-drive Genesis is offered with a 3.8L V6, 4.6L V8 and a 5.0L V8. According to Kia the design of the concept is “distinctive, modern and classic.”
Soon-Nam Lee, Kia’s Director of the Overseas Marketing Group, stated, “Our all-new flagship sedan integrates all of our key capabilities such as design, performance, high-tech features and infotainment into one striking model.”
The new rear-wheel-drive Kia sedan will go on sale in Korea this summer, but launch dates for other markets, including North America have not been confirmed.
