Next week Ford is finally going to reveal the new Ford Bronco, which is obviously put Jeep on alert. Well a new report claims that Jeep has several upgrades planned for the 2021 Wrangler to help it better battle the new Bronco.

Mopar Insiders is reporting that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler is getting some powertrain and tech upgrades. Starting with the Sport model, it will now be available with the Selec-Trac transfer case that automatically shifts from two- to four-wheel drive based on driving conditions. The Rubicon models are also getting an updated Rock-Trac system and the Off-Road Plus mode that the Gladiator offers.

2021 Wrangler models with the 7-inch Uconnect infotainment system will also now have a tire-fill alert that honks the horn when the tires are filed to the proper air pressure. The Wrangler Sport S model now will also come standard with the Technology Group package, which includes the 7-inch Uconnect screen, a color display in the gauge cluster and automatic climate control.

Lastly the Wrangler Sahara and Rubicon models are getting a forward-facing camera, like the Gladiator Rubicon.
