Jeep hasn’t revealed the updates to the 2021 Jeep Renegade, but a new NHTSA filing has revealed that it is getting three new trim levels: Freedom, Jeepster and Islander.
The VIN decoder was discovered by a user on the Wagoneer Fans forum. The three new trim levels will sound familiar, since they have been used for the production and concept versions of the Wrangler.
We’ll have to wait until Jeep officially reveals the 2021 Renegade to get all the details, but if we look at the Wrangler versions, the Renegade Freedom Edition likely honors the American service members with special military-themed decals, unique wheels and a special interior.
The Renegade Islander is likely a beach themed version, while the Renegade Jeepster might come in firecracker red with a white top.
