Hyundai has announced the pricing for the 2019 Hyundai Kona Electric, which starts at $37,495.

The 2019 Kona Electric has a driving range up to 258 miles. It is offered in three trim levels: SEL, Limited and Ultimate. All versions are powered by the same 201 horsepower electric motor.

The base Kona Electric SEL comes standard with 17-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a blind spot monitor, forward collision avoidance assist, lane keeping assist and cloth seats.

The Kona Electric Limited trim level starts at $42,195 and adds with LED headlights, a sunroof, leather seats, a power driver’s seat and wireless device charging.

The Kona Electric Ultimate trim level starts at $45,695 and adds rain sensing wipers, pedestrian detection, ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, a head up display, an 8-inch infotainment system with navigation and an Infinity audio system.

The Kona Electric will initially only be available in California and other ZEV focused states, like Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
