We’ve seen plenty of spy photos of Honda’s new hybrid which has the same basic shape as the Toyota Prius, but is smaller than both the Prius and Civic hybrid. The concept version of the new hybrid will be unveiled tomorrow and have its official public unveiling at the Paris Motor Show later this month.
The production version of the new hybrid will debut at the Detroit Auto Show next January at the same time as the new Prius and the new Lexus version of the Toyota Prius. Honda’s new, yet to be named hybrid is expected in dealerships next April.
Honda is hoping to sell 100,000 of the new hybrids in the US with a starting price around $19,000.
Unfortunately we still have a little longer to wait until the production version of the CR-Z concept (pictured above) is released.
