Honda has announced the updates to the 2021 Honda Pilot, which includes the addition of a new Special Edition trim level and a standard nine-speed automatic transmission.
The 2021 Pilot starts at $33,370 for the base LX trim level, which now comes standard with dual-zone climate control. The 2021 Pilot is available in several trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L, SE, Touring, Elite and Black Edition. The top spec Pilot Black Edition lists for $51,040.
The Pilot is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that generates 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. It’s rated at 20 mpg city, 27 mpg highway and 23 mpg combined with front-wheel drive and 19/26/22 mpg with all-wheel drive.
