Honda has announced that the 2020 Honda Civic Sedan and Coupe will go on sale tomorrow, with the pricing for the Civic Sedan starting at $20,680, while the Civic Coupe starts at $21,880.
The Civic Sedan and Coupe were refreshed last year, so the two models carry over into the new year without any significant changes. Buyers can choose from either a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 158 horsepower and 138 lb.-ft. of torque, that’s mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT, or a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder with 174 horsepower and 167 lb.-ft. of torque with a 6-speed manual, or 162 lb.-ft. with the CVT.
The 2020 Civic Sedan and Coupe models cone standard with the Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assistive technologies that includes Collision Mitigation Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Lane Keeping Assist. The Civic also comes standard with automatic high beams, automatic climate control, an electronic parking brake and a 7-inch digital TFT instrument cluster.
Civic Sport and trim levels add a 7-inch Display Audio system that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. The EX trim level adds dual-zone climate control, an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat on the sedan, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, 17-inch alloy wheels, a power moonroof, Honda’s exclusive LaneWatch side-view camera, hands-free entry with push button start, an upgraded audio system, heated front seats and exterior mirrors, and remote engine start. The EX-L trim level adds leather seats, an auto-dimming rear view mirror and Homelink.
The top spec Touring trim level adds a navigation system, a 450-watt premium audio system with 10 speakers, 18-inch wheels, paddle shifters with the CVT transmission, aluminum sport pedals, LED headlights, rain-sensing wipers and side-mirror turn signals. The Civic Touring Sedan also gets a 4-way power passenger seat and heated rear seats.
