General Motors was supposed to reveal the GMC Hummer EV on May 20, but thanks to the coronavirus, those plans have been postponed.

Although the debut has been delayed, GM says that the team is still working on the GMC Hummer EV and it remains on track for a launch in the fall of 2021. GM released a teaser image of the 2022 GMC Hummer EV in January and also confirmed that it will have up to 1,000 horsepower and 11,500 lb-ft. of torque (wheel torque).

The GMC Hummer EV will also be able to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds.

GM also released this teaser of the electric GMC Hummer EV and if you look closely it looks like the Hummer EV has a removable top.
