GMC is reportedly working on new Hummer-inspired SUV that will have more off-road capabilities than GMC’s current models. A GMC designer revealed that the new GMC SUV is being designed to compete against the Jeep Wrangler.
The guys over at The Car Guide got the chance to talk to a GMC designer who revealed some of the details about the new SUV. Instead of sharing its platform with an existing model, the new GMC SUV will be built on an all-new platform. We heard rumors earlier this year that GMC is getting a new standalone model when GM global chief Mark Reuss hinted at the possibility.
