GM not sold on Chevy Bolt name

Earlier this year GM revealed its new Chevy Bolt concept, which is expected to have a range of about 200 miles when it’s introduced, but there might be one big change before that happens. The “Bolt” name has been criticized for sounding too much like the Chevy Volt, so GM may change the name.

“Some people think it’s confusing,” Alan Batey, president of GM North America recently stated. “We’re still in the decision phase,” Batey said in an interview at the Chicago Auto Show. “It could go either way.”
