The all-new 2025 Genesis GV80 and redesigned 2025 Genesis GV80 have been unveiled in Korea, marking Genesis’ first foray into SUV coupe-dom.

The 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe makes its official debut in production form, staying remarkably true to the original concept shown earlier this year. This means a familiar front with slightly more aggressive air intakes as well as the concept’s dramatic sloping roofline and unique rear spoilers. The most notable change is the removal of the rear full-width light bars, replaced with more conventional split units that closely resemble those found on the standard Genesis GV80. The 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe also gets two coupe-specific wheel designs, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, metal accented pedals, and an exclusive Bering Blue color.

The standard 2025 Genesis GV80 has also been updated, bringing refreshed styling featuring a new “Two-Line Crest Grille” with smoother corners, larger air intakes, a wider skid plate on the front bumper, and a Guilloché-patterned emblem. New wheels will also be offered for the updated 2025 Genesis GV80, and a new Storr Green color will be available in both glossy and matte finishes.

Both versions of the 2025 Genesis GV80 will be available with a 2.5-liter turbo producing 304 hp and 311 lb-ft of torque and a 3.5-liter turbo, which produces 380 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. The 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe will also offer a 3.5-liter turbo with a 48V electric supercharger, upping the ante to 415 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque, as well as a Sports+ driving mode, Launch Control, and unique gauge cluster displays. 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe owners will also get Active Sound Design for the exhaust system, able to replicate the sound of a large-displacement engine, and the ability to customize their vehicle’s breaking response with a feature called Flex Brake.

Inside, both models receive a revised interior with numerous upgrades to both design and materials. Genesis has merged the digital instrument cluster with the central infotainment screen, creating an unbroken 27-inch OLED display with notably thin bezels. Additional updates include a redesigned center console that, for better or worse, combines physical knobs with touch-sensitive controls, larger cupholders, and a new wireless phone charging tray. A redesigned Shift-By-Wire rotary gear selector provides more intuitive use through improved gripability. These improvements will be joined by three new interior colorways: Earth Brown, Bordeaux Brown, and Glacier White.

Pricing and availability information about both 2025 Genesis GV80 models will be shared at a future date.
