Elon Musk has confirmed that the Tesla Model Y crossover will arrive in 2020. On a recent earnings call, Musk confirmed that not only will production start in 2020, but that it will be a “manufacturing revolution.”

The news contradicts a report that we received last month that stated that production of the Tesla Model Y would start in November 2019. Production of the Model Y will also take place at a new factory, but Tesla won’t reveal where the new factory is until later this year.

Tesla hasn’t confirmed when we’ll get to see the Model Y.
