The bigger news is that Dodge has also announced the pricing for the 797 horsepower Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye, which starts at $69,650. It’s powered by the same supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI engine that also powered the Demon with 797 horsepower and 707 lb.-ft. of torque. It reaches 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and the quarter mile in 10.8 seconds at 131 mph. The Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye also comes with a $1,700 gas guzzler tax.
