Honda is going to use the Detroit Auto Show next month to unveil its Honda Pilot prototype.

As usually is the case with all Honda prototypes that show up on the auto show circuit this Pilot prototype will be a thinly disguised version of the all-new 2009 Pilot. From this official rendering it looks like Honda is going to buck the trend of crossovers that look like cars with more truck-like styling. At first glance this photo looks like a new Jeep.
