The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica has received a long list of upgrades for the new model year, which will help keep it at the top of the sales charts in the minivan segment. For starters the 2021 Pacifica has a refreshed exterior, while its also available now with all-wheel drive and it has more standard safety features.

On the outside Chrysler says that the 2021 Pacifica now has a “utility-vehicle-inspired” design with a new face that adds a more dominant diamond-style grille and more aggressive headlights. At the rear the redesigned taillights now span the entire width of the Pacifica. Buyers can also choose from a range of new 17-, 18-, and 20-inch wheels.

Chrysler has also added a new trim level at the top of the 2021 Pacifica lineup, called the Pacifica Pinnacle. The Pinnacle trim levels makes the Pacifica even more luxurious with Nappa leather seats, lumbar comfort pillows for the second-row captain’s chairs, a mid-century Timber Hydro bezel on the instrument panel and more storage options.

Inside there’s also a new FamCAM camera system that lets you keep an eye on your passengers via the new 10.1-inch touchscreen. Other new tech features include, wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto, Amazon Alexa and Chrysler’s latest Uconnect 5 system. The 2021 Pacifica also has 97 standard safety features.

The 2021 Pacifica will continue to offer two engine options, a 287-hp 3.6-liter V6 or the plug-in hybrid powertrain that can travel up to 30 miles in electric mode. The 3.6-liter V6 is also available with all-wheel drive, which can send all of the available torque to the rear wheels if needed.
