Cadillac surprised everyone last month with the CTS Coupe Concept. Dealers were recently shown the coupe where GM talked about the CTS Coupe Concept becoming a reality.
GM is trying to bring Cadillac’s sales back to the level they were at in 2005 (192,000 retail units). The new CTS sedan and Escalade are helping them get there, but the addition of a new CTS Coupe would make that goal even easier.
“They talked about the CTS coupe coming, which is just awesome,” Thompson said. “We will do really well with that. It’s for the person who doesn’t have any kids and wants something stylish.”
Although the coupe hasn’t been officially announced there are rumors circulating that it could be introduced within 18 months.
