The 2019 BMW Z4 is going to finally debut tomorrow at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, but BMW has released a last teaser sketch of the Z4 today. The teaser shown here is a preview of the Z4 First Edition model.
We’ve already seen leaked images of the 2019 BMW Z4, which has a toned down front and rear fascia compared to the concept and this teaser of the Z4 First Edition. We’ll have to wait and see tomorrow how much more aggressive the Z4 First Edition is compared to the Z4 M40i and the other 2019 Z4 models.
The top spec version of the new Z4 will be the Z4 M40i, which is powered by a turbocharged six-cylinder engine, which reportedly has 382 horsepower, but we’ll have the final confirmation tomorrow. The Z4 sDrive20i and sDrive30i models will be powered by a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder, which will generate 180-hp in the sDrive20i and 250-hp in the sDrive30i. Again we’ll have to wait until tomorrow for BMW to confirm the specs.
Production of the 2019 BMW Z4 will kick off later this year at Magna-Steyr’s plant in Graz, Austria.
