BMW has reportedly approved the launch of another crossover – a coupe-like crossover called the X2. The X2 will borrow styling cues from the larger X4 and X6 crossovers according to a report from Autocar.
When the X2 arrives in 2017 it will be based on BMW’s front-wheel-drive UKL 1 platform that will also be shared with the new X1 and 2-Series Active Tourer. BMW hasn’t made an official announcement about the X2, but we could see a concept version of the X2 debut at the Geneva Motor Show next March.
