Bentley has unveiled the new Bentley Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition, which gets the “blacked out” theme that is trending right now with almost every automaker. The Black Edition adds black gloss brightware, dark tint lights, gloss black window surrounds and door mirrors, and new wheels.
On the outside, the headlights and tail lamps have a distinctive dark tint and black bezels, while the radiator and window surrounds, headlight washer caps and door-handle inserts feature a black gloss finish. There’s a bespoke alloy wheel design in the form of a 21” seven-spoke Elegant pattern with a gloss black finish. Buyers can choose either black or red painted brake calipers.
Inside the interior gets a single tone with bold, contrasting stripes of stitched leather hide that frame the four seats’ center panels, running up and round the headrests. The same accent color is matched by the contrasting headliner bow that runs through the center of the roof. The Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition also has Piano Black veneer and a three-spoke Sport Plus steering wheel.
The Bentley Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that generates 521 horsepower and 502 lb-ft. of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 4.9 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph.
