Audi’s smallest crossover, the Q3 is currently not offered in the U.S., but according to a new report the Q3 will eventually show up here. The Audi Q3 goes head to head with models like the BMW X1 and upcoming Mercedes GLA, but before it goes on sale in the U.S. it will get a facelift.

Audi reportedly wants the Q3 to be classified as a “light truck” in the U.S., but its current approach angle is preventing that classification. According to Car & Driver, the Q3 is set to get a new face with an approach angle that meets light truck regulations.
