Audi has released a teaser of a new SUV on Facebook, but other than the outline of the SUV’s profile, the teaser doesn’t reveal that much. Audi has been currently testing the new Q8 flagship SUV and based on the proportions of the SUV in this teaser, it’s very likely that this is a preview of the new Q8.
Compared to the family friendly Q7, we also know that the Q8 will have a more coupe-like roofline, which is previewed in this teaser. Under the skin, the Q8 will share its platform with the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus. Other than that, that’s all that we can go on, since Audi only had this to say about the teaser, “He carries the gene of the #Audi #Urquattro.”
It’s still not known when Audi will reveal the Q8, but given the fact that this teaser just went up today, there’s a chance that we could see it debut this week at the Beijing Motor Show. If it doesn’t debut this week, we’ll likely get our first look this summer.
