Several reports have surfaced about what Audi may reveal next month at the Detroit Auto Show. If the reports are accurate, Audi is going to reveal a new hydrogen-powered concept called the h-tron quattro.
The h-tron quattro will basically be a hydrogen-powered version of the e-tron quattro concept that you see here. According to Auto Bild, the h-tron quattro will be powered by a new fuel-cell powertrain that will use lightweight tanks to store the hydrogen and send the power to the ground via two electric motors.

Just like the e-tron quattro concept, the h-tron quattro will be another preview of Audi’s upcoming Q6 electric crossover that is expected to arrive in 2018.
