Aston Martin has released a few teasers of the next-generation Aston Martin V8 Vantage, which is going to debut later this year. Although the prototype that we see here is covered in camouflage, we can see that the new Vantage will borrow some styling cues from the Aston Martin DB10 that starred in the James Bond film Spectre.

Overall the new Vantage will be about the same size as the current Vantage, but its styling will differentiate it from the brand’s DB11. Under the hood we can expect a 4.0L biturbo V8 from the AMG parts bin, since Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz recently teamed up. The V8 is built by Mercedes-AMG, but tuned and massaged by Aston Martin to give it 503 horsepower and 513 lb-ft. of torque.

Expect the next-generation V8 Vantage to reach 62 mph in 4.0 seconds and a top speed of 187 mph. The Pirelli badges on the prototype obviously allude to the fact that the new V8 Vantage will wear Pirelli tires.
