Kia has released two teaser photos and a short video that previews the next-generation 2016 Kia Sorento, which is slated to be unveiled next month.
The teaser photos reveal a sleeker exterior for the third-generation Sorento with a lower roofline and a bigger version of Kia’s “tiger nose” grille. The 2016 Sorento is expected to grow a bit with a longer wheelbase that will provide more legroom for second and third-row passengers.

There are rumors about a hybrid version being offered that will mate a 2.3L four-cylinder engine to an electric motor. It’s expected that four-cylinder and V6 engines will also be part of the mix.
The third-generation Sorento is going to debut in South Korea next month ahead of its world debut at the Paris Motor Show in October. We can expect the U.S.-spec Sorento to debut in November at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
