Acura has confirmed that the production version of the 2014 Acura MDX, which should look pretty close to the prototype, will debut this month at the New York Auto Show.
Acura previewed the next-generation 2014 MDX at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year with a prototype of the next MDX. Acura has confirmed that the production version of the 2014 Acura MDX, which should look pretty close to the prototype, will debut this month at the New York Auto Show.
The new MDX rides on a new platform and is powered by a 3.5L V6. For the first time ever the MDX will be offered in a two-wheel-drive version. Acura hasn’t released all the official specs for the new MDX, but did state that it will “offer enhanced ride comfort, a more versatile cabin, and increased fuel efficiency, while also improving dynamic performance.”
The 2014 MDX will also come with a long list of new safety technology like a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera,Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow, and Blind Spot Information (BSI).
The 2014 MDX will debut on March 27.
