Aston Martin has turned up the heat on its acclaimed Super Tourer with the debut of the 2026 Aston Martin DB12 S, a new performance flagship that pushes the brand’s grand touring legacy to new extremes.

Building on the already impressive foundation of the DB12, the new DB12 S delivers 700 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque from its twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8. The extra power cuts the 0–60 mph sprint to just 3.4 seconds and raises the top speed to 202 mph, putting it squarely in competition with the likes of the Bentley Continental GT Speed and Ferrari Roma.
While power gets the headlines, Aston Martin didn’t stop there. The DB12 S receives a host of chassis and suspension updates aimed at delivering sharper handling without sacrificing comfort. Revised Bilstein adaptive dampers, a stiffer rear anti-roll bar, and reworked suspension geometry combine to make the car more agile and communicative. Steering and electronic differential tuning have also been refined for improved precision and driver feel.
Standard carbon-ceramic brakes—measuring 410 mm up front and 360 mm at the rear—reduce unsprung weight by 27 kilograms, improving braking performance and overall balance.
Aston Martin has given the DB12 S a new stainless-steel quad exhaust system that not only enhances the car’s muscular soundtrack but also reflects its more assertive character. For those wanting even more drama, an optional titanium exhaust is available, adding more depth to the V8’s note while trimming nearly 12 kilograms of weight.
Visually, the DB12 S is unmistakably more aggressive. A new front splitter, reshaped hood vents, and a fixed rear spoiler improve both downforce and stability at high speeds. The rear design features stacked quad exhausts and a broader diffuser for a sportier, more purposeful stance. Gloss black side sills and subtle “S” badging complete the transformation.

Inside, the DB12 S combines Aston Martin’s latest infotainment and craftsmanship with new “S”-specific details. A red-anodized drive mode controller sets the tone for a cabin that’s equal parts luxury and performance. Buyers can choose from three interior themes—Accelerate, Inspire S semi-aniline leather and Alcantara, or full semi-aniline leather—with the option of herringbone quilting and Alcantara headlining.
For those seeking a racier feel, a carbon fiber performance seat and an Alcantara sport steering wheel are available, while the 16-way Sport Plus seats come standard.

Joining the DBX S and Vantage S, the new DB12 S continues Aston Martin’s long tradition of “S” models—cars that elevate power and driver engagement without compromising elegance. The original DB3S set the tone back in 1953, and this latest model embodies that same spirit with modern sophistication.
The 2026 Aston Martin DB12 S will be offered in both Coupe and Volante (convertible) versions, with customer deliveries starting in early 2026.
