Porsche has been teasing its next EV, the Macan EV for a while and now it’s finally time to see it. Porsche has quietly announced on its website that the Macan EV will debut on January 25, but no other details have been released.
The most powerful version of the Macan EV will have up to 603 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. The Macan EV is also based on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture that Porsche developed with Audi. Audi will soon introduce the Q6 E-Tron, which will share its DNA with the Macan EV.
Other details that we already know, include a 100-kWh battery pack and an electronic locking rear differential.
