Mercedes-Benz is giving the EQS electric sedan some updates for the 2025 model year, including styling and tech upgrades.

Starting on the outside, the 2025 EQS has a redesigned front fascia with a new black panel grille with flush mounted chrome slates. There’s also a new standing star on the hood and the AMG Line bumper. We’ll leave it up to you to decide if that new face looks better.
To give it a longer driving range, the EQS now has a larger 118-kWh battery, but Mercedes hasn’t announced how much range it will now have. New regenerative braking software also increases the energy recuperation.
Rear seat passengers gets some upgrades as well. EQS sedan models with the optional Pinnacle Trim with Executive Interior Package feature a front passenger seat that can fold forward to provide additional space for rear seat passengers, along with a backrest for the rear seat that can be adjusted up to 38 degrees. To keep them warm there’s rapid heating rear seats with neck and shoulder heating, as well as pneumatic adjustment of the rear seat depth are also included. The angle of the backrest for the rear seats can be adjusted from 27 to 36 degrees at the touch of a button.

The 2025 Mercedes EQS sedan will arrive later this year.
