Wagon fans have something new to be excited about, since BMW has confirmed that it the 2025 BMW M5 Touring is coming to the U.S. The M5 Touring will be powered by the same M hybrid powertrain as the M5 sedan.
The first M5 Touring arrived in 1992, but it has never been sold in the U.S. We don’t have any specs yet, but BMW says that the M hybrid powertrain is closely related to the one found in the BMW M Hybrid V8 GTP race car.
Production of the 2025 BMW M5 Touring will begin in the fourth quarter of 2024. BMW has not announced when it will reveal the new M5 Touring.
