Subaru has unveiled a more “performance focused” version of the 2024 BRZ, that’s called the BRZ tS. The BRZ tS amps up the performance with an STI-tuned suspension and Brembo braking system.
The BRZ tS comes features STI-tuned front and rear Hitachi dampers, a high-performance Brembo braking system, including gold-painted 4-piston front calipers, gold-painted 2-piston rear calipers and larger pads and rotors. The BRZ tS also has 18-inch dark gray wheels with 215/40 R18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.
The BRZ tS stands out with its tS badging in the front grille and on the rear decklid. The mirrors and roof-mounted shark fin antenna come in a Crystal Black Silica finish. Inside blue stitching has been added to the front seat bolsters, steering wheel, shifter boot and parking brake boot.
Under the hood there aren’t any updates to the powertrain, which means that it’s powered by the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine with 228 horsepower.
Lastly all 2024 Subaru BRZ models equipped with a manual transmission now have the EyeSight system, which includes adaptive cruise control, a pre-collision braking system, lane departure and sway warning, and lead vehicle start alert. Â
