Chevrolet unveiled the 2024 Silverado EV last month and it’s already received over 110,000 reservations for the electric truck. When the Silverado EV enters production in spring 2023, it will rival the Rivian R1T and Ford F-150 Lightning.

The Silverado EV is based on GM’s Ultium platform, which will provide up to 400 miles of range with the 200-kWh battery pack. The Silverado EV also has 664 horsepower and 780 pound-feet with the dual-motor configuration. It can also tow up to 10,000 pounds and haul up to 1,300 pounds.

The Silverado EV will be offered in Work Truck, Trail Boss and Rally Sport Truck trims. The Work Truck is the most affordable version with a $39,900 starting price. The RST version starts at $105,000 and will enter production in fall 2023.
