Audi has unveiled the updated 2024 Q4 e-tron electric SUV, which is now called the Q4 55 e-tron. The mid-cycle refresh brings more power, a longer driving range and some suspension improvements.
The previous Q4 50 e-tron has been replaced by the Q4 55 e-tron. It now has 335 horsepower, which is an increase of 40 horsepower. This gives it a 0-60 mph time of 5.0 seconds vs 5.8 for the Q4 50. At the rear there’s a new electric motor that is more efficient and powerful than before.
The 2024 Q4 55 e-tron models feature an 82 kWh battery that provides 77 kWh of net energy. It can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in about 28 minutes. The Q4 55 e-tron quattro now achieves a maximum DC charging power of 175 kW, up from 150 kW for the Q4 50 e-tron. It has a driving range up to 258 miles, which is a 22 mile improvement over the 2024 Q4 50 e-tron.
Audi has also updated the suspension and steering to give it improved steering response and improved driving dynamics.
