Toyota officially unveiled the more stylish 2023 Prius last month at the LA Auto Show and now Toyota has announced all the pricing details.
The 2023 Toyota Prius starts at $28,545, including destination. If you want all-wheel drive, the starting price jumps to $29,945. The 2023 Prius will be available in three trim levels: LE, XLE and Limited. All-wheel drive is optional on all three trim levels. The most expensive Prius Limited AWD is priced at $36,960.
The 2023 Prius comes standard with the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 suite, which includes a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, Automatic High Beams, and Proactive Driving Assist.
Under the hood the new Prius finally gets more power thanks to a new 2.0-liter four-cylinder with two motor-generators that generate a combined 194 horsepower. The all-wheel drive version gets an additional electric motor to power the rear wheels and has a combined 196 hp. The Prius gets up to 57 mpg combined.
The 2023 Toyota Prius will start arriving at dealers in January.
