Bentley continues to grow its number of hybrid models and now we have the debut of the 2023 Bentayga S and Azure Hybrids.
The Bentayga S Hybrid is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 and a 100 kW electric motor, which generate a combined 456 horsepower. Bentley says that it can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 5.3 seconds and has a top speed of 158 mph. The Bentayga S Hybrid can travel more than 27 miles in electric mode.
The Bentayga S Hybrid also gets some chassis upgrades, including a 15 percent increase in damper stiffness in Sport mode. The stability control has also been tweaked to let you have a bit more fun before the system takes over. The S Hybrid stands out with its Blackline exterior trim, special 22-inch wheels, a more aggressive front bumper, a rear spoiler, and red brake calipers.
The Bentayga Azure Hybrid is the more luxurious version with its 15 different interior materials and color combinations. Bentley says that passengers “can enjoy the acoustically isolated serenity of the cabin” in the Azure Hybrid. New active and passive sound cancelation help reduce cabin noise by up to 26 percent. The Azure Hybrid also has a smoother ride thanks to its an updated suspension that has up to 27 percent less vibration.
