Ram has launched the second phase of its “Built to Serve” trucks with the debut of the Ram 1500 Built to Serve Firefighter edition. The special Ram 1500 trucks will honor the three main first-responder services: firefighters, police officers and emergency medical service providers.
Each of the three main first responder services will be honored by Ram with two special, unique low-volume exterior paint colors that “evoke the spirit, mission and history of that service.” The firefighter-inspired Ram 1500 Built to Serve edition is offered in Redline and Diamond Black, with a black interior with orange accent stitching.
Other upgrades include an all-black grille, black bumpers, black-bezel lighting, 20-inch aluminum wheels with a unique Technical Gray finish, and body-color wheel flares also accent the exterior. The exterior is finished off with black badges, black wheel-to-wheel side steps and dual four-inch black exhaust tips.
The 2022 Ram 1500 Built to Serve Firefighter edition is priced at $48,420, including destination.
