The Toyota Land Cruiser is dead in the US, but if you still wish you could get the rugged SUV, there’s the 2022 Lexus LX 600. The pricing for the new 2022 LX 600 starts at $88,245, which is actually $405 less than the old 2021 LX 570.
The 2022 LX 600 is powered by a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 with 409 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque, that’s mated to a new 10-speed automatic transmission.
The 2022 Lexus LX 600 is available in several trim levels: Premium, Luxury F Sport and Ultra Luxury, with the latter offering a unique four-seater layout. The base LX 600 comes with only five seats, while the LX 600 Premium ($96,345) offers room for up to seven passengers. The LX 600 F Sport starts at $102,345 and adds 22-inch wheels, a unique grille, adaptive dampers, a limited-slip differential and some interior upgrades.
The Luxury model starts at $104,345. The top spec Ultra Luxury starts at $127,345 and offers first class seating for up to four people. The second row seat in the Ultra Luxury model has been swapped out for captain’s chairs that have a massaging and reclining function. The passenger side rear seat also gets an ottoman.
