The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is powered by a nice 480-hp 5.0-liter V8, but if you want to amp up the performance even more, there’s an available Handling package. Ford has announced that the Handling package for the Mustang Mach 1 lists for $3,500 with the manual transmission or $1,595 if you go for the automatic.
The Handling package adds dark-painted 19-inch aluminum wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, a swing rear spoiler, adjustable top strut mounts, a front splitter and some additional chassis tweaks.
Ford says that the Handling package give the Mach 1 150 percent more downforce than the Performance Pack Level 1 Mustang GT.
The Mustang Mach 1 with the Handling package will arrive in the spring. The pricing for the Mach 1 starts at $52,915, including the destination charge, which means the Handling package equipped version with the six-speed manual lists for $56,415. The 10-speed automatic version with the Handling package starts at $58,010.
