Last week Toyota announced that the 2020 Toyota Corolla sedan will debut this week at the Guangzhou Auto Show and now Toyota has announced that the US-spec 2020 Corolla will be revealed on November 15.
Although we’re a few days away from its debut, Toyota has released a teaser of the all-new 2020 Corolla. As we expected the 2020 Corolla sedan will borrow styling cues from the Corolla hatchback, which gives it an exterior that is far more exciting than anything you’d expect with a Corolla badge on the trunk.
We’ll have to wait until Thursday to get all the details, but it’s expected that the 2020 Corolla sedan will be based on Toyota’s TNGA platform. If the Corolla sedan gets the same 168 horsepower 2.0L four-cylinder as the hatchback, the 2020 Corolla will come standard with more power than its rivals, like the Honda Civic and Nissan Sentra.
Stay tuned.
