The 2019 Chevy Cruze is ready to take on the best from the compact segment with a fresh update that gives it a more upscale appearance. At the front the updates are small but it’s new redesigned grille keeps the compact Cruze looking fresh.
The 2019 Chevy Cruze isn’t getting a big update but Chevy is giving it a slightly restyled front fascia with a new grille and if you choose the top Premiere trim level, you also get new taillights with LED accents.
“Cruze’s refreshed styling gives Cruze a more upscale look while maintaining its Chevrolet design DNA,” said John Cafaro, executive director, Global Chevrolet Design.
Other updates to the 2019 Cruze, include an updated 7-inch infotainment system, new alloy wheels, and automatic climate control is now standard on LT and Premiere models. The 2019 Chevy Cruze is available with either a 1.4L turbo or 1.6L turbo-diesel engine. The only bad news is that the 2019 Cruze is no longer offered with a six-speed manual transmission.
