Lexus has unveiled the updated 2018 Lexus NX crossover at the Shanghai Motor Show. It’s been three years since the NX debuted, so Lexus is giving its compact crossover a refresh inside and out.
The 2018 NX gets an updated front fascia with a new grille and bumper that blends better with the hood and front doors to give the NX’s face a sleeker shape. The 2018 NX also gets new headlights with triple projectors. The rear gets a new bumper, revised elongated taillights and larger chrome-tipped exhaust tips. The 2018 NX also gets new 18-inch wheels.
The interior of the 2018 NX gets a larger 10.3-inch display, which has grown from seven inches. The design of the HVAC control panel has been simplified by replacing the small section of buttons with four easy-to-operate toggle switches adorned with a tiny āLā on their surface. Lastly all the controls and switches inside the 2018 NX, including the drive mode selector, shift knob and door handles, now have a metallic satin finish.

The NX 200t is getting a name change to NX 300, but it’s still powered by the same turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder. The hybrid NX 300h returns as well.
