If buying the new 2018 BMW M5 is out of the question, you still have the chance to drive it. BMW and Electronic Arts have teamed up to include the new M5 in the Need for Speed Payback video game, which goes on sale this fall.

“The new BMW M5 is a stunning car,” said Marcus Nilsson, Executive Producer at Ghost Games. “With immense horsepower and torque combined with gorgeous design, our players are going to love getting behind the wheel of the new M5. Whether it’s pulling off intense heist missions, or outrunning cops in epic pursuits or just cruising the open world, this car embodies performance, speed and desire, making it one of the pinnacle rides in Need for SpeedTM Payback.”

The 2018 M5 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4L V8 with 600 horsepower. The M5 features a new M xDrive all-wheel drive system that gives the driver the ability to send all that power to only the rear wheels if its desired. The 2018 BMW M5 only needs 3.2 seconds to reach 60 mph and it has a 189 mph top speed with optional M Driver’s Package.

The new M5 won’t go on sale until next spring, so even if you’re lucky enough to buy one, you can drive it a few months earlier in Need for Speed.
