From these photos it’s clear that the S90 will borrow styling cues from the Concept Coupe and Concept Estate concepts, specifically the vertical grille and T-shaped “Thor’s Hammer” headlights. The S90’s C-shaped taillights also take their cue from the Concept Coupe.
When the new S90 arrives next year it will be based on Volvo’s new Scalable Product Architecture and it will only be offered with four-cylinder engines, like the XC90. Following the release of the S90, a wagon version, the V90 will arrive.
