The specs are slightly higher than Chevy originally estimated that the Camaro ZL1’s supercharged 6.2L V8 would generate. With 10 more horsepower and 10 more lb-ft. of torque, the Camaro ZL1’s specs mirror the more expensive Corvette Z06, which is powered by the same engine. The V8 can be mated to either a six-speed manual or 10-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Chevy has not announced the pricing for the 2017 Camaro ZL1, but will likely start in the mid-$60k range.
