The 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible debuted yesterday at a private event in Sydney.
Yesterday Ford officially unveiled the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang Fastback Coupe at several events around the world, but less focus was placed on the Mustang Convertible. We do know that the Mustang Convertible is powered by the same 2.3L, 3.0L and 5.0L engine lineup as the coupe, but here are some photos from its debut yesterday in Sydney.
The 2015 Mustang Convertible is virtually identical to the coupe with the exception of its power soft top that is now a multilayer insulated cloth top that gives the convertible a quieter cabin. The top also lowers twice as fast as before and once it is down, it looks sleeker.
Both the 2015 Mustang Coupe and Convertible will debut next month at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.
