Ford has released more details about the all-new 2015 Ford Edge, which is going to arrive in showrooms this spring. When Ford revealed the new Edge last summer, Ford did not reveal the specs for the 2.7L EcoBoost V6 in the Edge Sport, but now we know that it packs 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft. of torque.

The Edge Sport’s 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine delivers a 10 percent increase in horsepower over the previous standard engine, a 3.7-liter V6, and a 25 percent increase in torque. The 2015 Edge is also available with a 2.0L EcoBoost four-cylinder with 245 hp and 275 lb-ft, and a 3.5-liter V-6 with 280 hp and 250 lb-ft. All three engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Pricing for the 2015 Edge starts at $28,995; Edge Sport starts at $38,995.
