Audi has just released the first official photo of the 2015 Audi TT, which is going to debut next week in Geneva. From this single photo we can see that most people are going to have a hard time seeing the immediate differences between the second-generation and the new third-generation TT.
The 2015 TT’s shape is very similar to the outgoing TT, but it gets new design details like sharper lines and more aggressive lights. The 2015 TT is based on VW’s MQB platform, which is also the basis for other models like the Audi A3 and VW Golf.
The 2015 TT will be powered by a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder with 220 horsepower, while the TT S will pack a more fun 300 horsepower. The range topping TT RS will be powered by a 380 horsepower 2.5L five-cylinder engine.
The TT convertible is expected to debut before the end of the year.
