Jaguar is going to expand its R performance line-up with the debut of the 2014 XJR at the 2013 New York Auto Show next week. The XJR is powered by a 542-hp 5.0L supercharged V8 engine.
Jaguar is going to expand its R performance line-up with the debut of the 2014 XJR at the 2013 New York Auto Show next week. The XJR is powered by a 542-hp 5.0L supercharged V8 engine. According to Jaguar, combined with its upgraded engine and chassis and aerodynamic improvements, the the “XJR is the most focused, agile and responsive Jaguar XJ ever made.”
“The new XJR epitomises the three pillars of technology, performance and contemporary design which the Jaguar brand stands for in the twenty-first century, while delivering new levels of dynamic ability in a luxury saloon,” stated Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director, Jaguar.
The 2014 XJR will go on sale this summer.
